Local pickup is available in Toronto by appointment only. Select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll contact you by email when your order is ready.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country. Dream Den Crystals cannot mark orders as “gifts” or reduce declared values.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You can also email thedreamdeninfo@gmail.com for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, email thedreamdeninfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
We use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. Each crystal is carefully cleansed before shipping so it arrives ready to use.
