EVERYONE'S SHOPPING OUR LIVE SALES @The.Dream.Den
Once a month, we bring our legendary crystal tables to Instagram Live @The.Dream.Den, where you can shop our latest collection from the comfort of your home! Kyle spends an entire week designing a breathtaking display of hundreds of exceptional, hand-selected specimens. Lindsay then takes you through each piece live, sharing close-ups, origins, healing properties, and personalised recommendations while answering your questions in real time.
With exciting giveaways, hours of education, and a community that loves connecting, it's so much more than shopping. It's an experience our community looks forward to every month.
Everything you need to know
Our Live Sales happen right on Instagram @the.dream.den! When we go live, simply join the broadcast, explore the crystals we're showcasing, ask questions, and claim your favourites directly in the Instagram Live chat.
Every crystal has a unique claim code. When you see something you LOVE, type the full code into the Instagram Live chat to claim it!
The first person whose correct code appears in our Live chat gets the piece. Keep in mind that Instagram comments can sometimes appear in a different order on your screen, so our team will confirm who claimed it first.
Our crystal community reaches around the world, and we LOVE that!
Whether you're joining us from Canada, the US, or somewhere across the globe, you're welcome to participate and claim pieces.
We carefully package every order to help your crystals travel safely to their new home.
No guessing games here! The number in each claim code tells you exactly how much the crystal costs, and all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
If you're shopping from outside Canada, your final cost in your local currency will depend on the exchange rate via google.
See something but want to take some time to think about it? Take a screenshot!
It's the easiest way to remember the pieces you're drawn to, especially when we're showing hundreds of incredible crystals throughout a sale.
You can always refer back to your screenshots if you have questions or want to remember a particular piece.
Fell in love with something extraordinary? We've got options!
You can secure your crystals with a 30% down payment and have 30 days to pay the remaining balance.
It's a wonderful way to bring home a special piece while spreading out your payments.
Every claim is a commitment to purchase, so please be intentional when entering a code.
Many of our crystals are rare, one-of-a-kind specimens, and once a claim is confirmed, that piece is reserved just for you.
Please only claim pieces you're ready to purchase.
Our Live Sales are about SO much more than shopping.
They're a chance to discover extraordinary crystals, learn about their origins and properties, connect with other crystal lovers, and experience the excitement of finding something that truly speaks to you.
Ask questions, say hi in the chat, and enjoy the experience with us. Whether you're here to find your next treasure or just soak up some crystal magic, we're SO happy you're here! ♡
