This workshop was extremely transformative for me. I was familiar with utilizing a few of these crystals for protection in general but with the guidance and in depth meaning behind them, Lindsay opened up areas of protection I didn't even know I was missing. As the week progressed I had a greater understanding of not just needing protection from negative people, but from past traumas, environments, and even the negative voices in my own head.
