For website purchases, please allow 2-3 days of processing time and 3-7 days for shipping.
Depending on the amount of orders your package may arrive sooner. All orders will receive tracking info when finished processing.

We ship internationally! Please keep in mind shipping cost vary by weight and location.
Updating an Order

Each piece is sourced ethically and with care from smaller scale mines. Wherever we can, we support local families and communities with our business. We try to bring novel pieces that are hand-carved and mined with love and care. Energy matters! You will instantly notice the difference.

All natural minerals have a unique crystalline composition; therefore, no two Dream Den crystals will ever be alike. As these objects arise from nature, their appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures or beautiful inclusions and markings. This is part of the crystal’s uniqueness.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics.
