How long will my order take?

For website purchases, please allow 2-3 days of processing time and 3-7 days for shipping.

Depending on the amount of orders your package may arrive sooner. All orders will receive tracking info when finished processing.

Updating an Order

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally! Please keep in mind shipping cost vary by weight and location.

What type of Shipping Materials do you use?

Its always a balance of being as eco-friendly as possible and protecting your crystals. All of our bubble wrap, newspaper and packing supplies are repurposed from previous shipments to help reduce our ecological footprint. Where possible, we use recycled honey comb wrap for less fragile crystals.

Do you accept any returns or exchanges?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please reach out to us via email so we can work together to find a solution: thedreamdeninfo@gmail.com

What if my package arrived broken?

Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit for the broken item. Buyer must send a proof of broken item within 48 hours of delivery date.

We take enormous pride in the sourcing of our gems. Because of our 4 generations of family experience, we have amazing connections and sources from all corners of the world. Each piece is sourced ethically and with care from smaller scale mines. Wherever we can, we support local families and communities with our business. We try to bring novel pieces that are hand-carved and mined with love and care. Energy matters! You will instantly notice the difference.
